  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy that combines the most effective elements of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It works by accessing the subconscious mind to quickly identify and resolve the root causes of emotional and behavioural issues—often from the very first session.

    RTT is based on the understanding that many of our challenges stem from subconscious beliefs and patterns formed in the past. By using elements of clinical hypnosis, RTT helps individuals enter a deeply relaxed yet fully conscious state. This state allows access to the subconscious mind, bypassing the critical faculties of the conscious mind and nervous system. In this state, clients can recall and review past memories, uncover the origins of negative beliefs, and reprogram them with more empowering ones.

    Unlike traditional talk therapies, which can take months or even years, RTT is designed to deliver effective results in a relatively short timeframe—typically within one to three sessions.

    RTT is used to address a wide range of issues, including:

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Phobias and addictions

    • Low self-esteem and confidence issues

    • Trauma and emotional blocks

    • And much more

    What sets RTT apart is its focus on the root cause of the issue rather than simply managing symptoms. The therapy often includes the creation of a personalised audio recording for the client to listen to daily after the session, helping to reinforce new, positive beliefs and behaviours.

    Session Duration: 2.5 Hours

    RTT may not be appropriate for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals experiencing Active Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Severe PTSD, or Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). It’s also not suitable for those currently taking certain medications such as Anti-Psychotics, Lithium, or Narcotics.

    ​If you are managing complex health conditions — including severe Depression, high-risk Pregnancy, Cardiovascular Disease, or uncontrolled Epilepsy — please consult with your Healthcare Provider before proceeding.

  • ADHD Coaching is a structured, supportive approach designed for individuals of all ages affected by ADHD—regardless of severity. From childhood through to adulthood, coaching focuses on developing practical strategies to improve daily functioning and overall quality of life.

    Whether in the classroom or the boardroom, ADHD coaches work collaboratively with clients to:

    • Identify specific challenges

    • Build on personal strengths

    • Create tailored action plans

    These plans help individuals improve organisation, manage time effectively, complete tasks, and achieve both personal and professional goals—no matter where they are in life.

    ADHD Coaching isn’t just about managing symptoms.
